Kitaiskaya Gramota Bar & Food
After conquering Moscow's Cantonese food scene, the renowned Rappaport Restaurant group opened the St. Petersburg edition of Kitaiskaya Gramota Bar & Food on Moika Embankment. The summer terrace delights guests with a breathtaking view of some of St. Petersburg’s most iconic sights from a rooftop in the city center. In the kitchen, all cooks follow the Guanzhou cooking style set by head chef Zhang Xianchin: food is either prepared within one minute over a strong flame or for more than two hours over a weak flame. Delicious and original signature cocktails make up the “Bar” component of the restaurant’s name.
