History of cantonese cuisine

Cantonese cuisine originated during the Western Han dynasty. Then, in the book The Sages of Huainan, was described the first recipes created in the port city of Canton, from which it got its name. Thousands of years passed, and we still can enjoy, which, although was slightly modified, but still caught us after a lot of years, almost unchanged.
