China Gramota knows that on Valentine’s Day, fate has a way of being especially talkative.

On February 14, China Gramota on Sretenka invites guests to move beyond predictable Valentine’s Day traditions and focus on two things: flavor and the signs of fate.

Head bartender Sergey Bakhtinov has created the “Flowering Plum” cocktail (950 RUB) — light, pure, and refined. Its base combines vodka and sake, with floral and herbal notes of shiso and cherry blossom, complemented by juicy lychee. The flavor delicately balances between bright lemon acidity and a warm honey finish.

The restaurant will also serve a special dessert (850 RUB) featuring a mysterious mahjong fortune card*: a delicate cottage cheese and cream cheese mousse with a salted caramel filling on a chocolate sponge base, covered with a white chocolate glaze. The final touch is a card made of white chocolate.

When ordering the dessert or cocktail, guests receive a Mahjong card*. After 7:30 PM, they can bring it to the Chinese fortune-telling master*, who will answer questions about love, choices, doubts, and personal paths.

* Mahjong fortune-telling is a divination format based on special tiles featuring symbolic images.
