Head Bartender Sergey Bakhtinov has unveiled a bar menu inspired by Eastern culinary traditions, modern flavor pairings, and the atmosphere of China’s bustling streets. Each drink has its own distinct character, blending unique ingredients and vibrant aromas with a signature take on contemporary cocktail culture.
In keeping with long-standing tradition, the cocktails in the "Signature Style" section feature playful, memorable names:
"Bamboo Stick Strike" (900 ₽)—made with green apple, matcha, and sparkling wine; "Swept Away by Noodles" (980 ₽)—featuring notes of sakura and shiso; and "Three Sips to Hong Kong" (950 ₽)—combining berry undertones with a delicate, creamy texture.
Those who prefer more complex, robust flavors should try "Kung Fu to the Liver" (950 ₽)—with spicy accents of cinnamon, cardamom, and jasmine tea; "One Path, One Cocktail" (950 ₽)—a berry-forward creation; and "Tea Path to the Astral" (1100 ₽)—a signature blend of rum, galangal, sakura, and passion fruit.
A highlight of the collection is the "Terracotta Warrior" (1200 ₽)—a spectacular signature cocktail inspired by the legacy of Ancient China and the legendary Terracotta Army. Served inside a hand-painted, half-meter-tall terracotta warrior figure, the drink unfolds as a true performance for the guest.
The updated "Signature Style" bar menu is now available at the "Kitayskaya Gramota" restaurants in Sretenka and Barvikha.
